NOTE: 4 full body scenes are included in a sketch page. additional scenes, up to 7 total scenes, are $25 per each additional scene. These are not alts for regular commissions, they are specific to sketch pages.

Terms of service

ARTIST LIABILITIES
π“‡Š Imperatricis Artem is not liable for incorrect details due to the commissioner’s neglect in notifying the artist of incorrect details. The artist should be notified as soon as the commissioner notices the incorrect details to avoid last minute changes. π“‡ŠRefusal of Service
π“‡Š Imperatricis Artem reserves the right to refuse service for any reason as determined by the artist. Including but not limited to harassment, threatening, and unreasonable behavior and/or demands. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Imperatricis Artem reserves the right to blacklist the commissioner. π“‡Š

Deadlines
π“‡Š Imperatricis Artem cannot guarantee a specific time frame or deadline for commission completion, but can provide an estimation for completion π“‡Š

Communications

π“‡Š Response from the artist will not be given if the initial message is just "Hi", "hey", "hello", "hey, how are you?", or any variation of such. If you desire a commission from Imperatricis Artem, say that you desire a commission in your initial message. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Communications are conducted through either Discord or E-mail. Discord is the artist’s preferred method. π“‡Šπ“‡Š The artist will provide work-in-progress pictures at each stage. π“‡Š

Commissioner Responsibilities
π“‡Š The commissioner must provide a completed, flat colored visual reference of the desired character. π“‡Šπ“‡Š The commissioner must notify the artist if something is wrong on the commission. π“‡Š

Payment
π“‡Š Payment in full is due upon completion and approval of the concept sketch. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Imperatricis Artem prices are non-negotiable. π“‡Šπ“‡Š The commission will not begin after the concept sketch until payment is completed. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Invoices will not be provided unless otherwise requested. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Imperatricis Artem accepts payments through Cashapp and PayPal. π“‡Š

Refunds
π“‡Š If the artist determines they are unable to complete the commission for any reason, a refund shall be provided. π“‡Šπ“‡Š If the artist has not begun the commission after 12 months, a full refund can be requested. π“‡Šπ“‡Š If payment is made and contact with the artist ceases for longer than 6 months after the commission has begun, the commission is not eligible for refund. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Once a commission has been completed, all refunds are void. π“‡Š

Cancellations

π“‡Š The commissioner may request a cancellation for any reason. If the commission is cancelled before the inking stage, a full refund may be provided. If the inking stage has been started, a 50% refund will be provided. If the rendering stage has been started, the commission is not eligible for refund. π“‡Š

Last Minute Changes
π“‡Š Last minute changes are based on the complexity of the change. π“‡Šπ“‡Š For minor changes, usually no additional cost will be required. For major changes, this may result in additional costs. π“‡Š

Artist Rights
π“‡Š Imperatricis Artem retains the rights of the general imagery of the commission. This does not include the design of the character, unless the design is created under an artistic liberty commission. In this case, the rights to the design of the character are shared between the artist and the commissioner. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Imperatricis Artem reserves the right to display the commission for any purpose. π“‡Šπ“‡Š Imperatricis Artem reserves the right to use the commission for promotional purposes. π“‡Š

Commissioner Rights
π“‡Š The commissioner may not claim ownership of the general imagery of the commission. π“‡Šπ“‡Š The commissioner must not make artistic edits to the completed commission. π“‡Šπ“‡Š If payment is made and contact with the artist ceases for longer than 6 months, the commissioner forfeits all rights to the commission. π“‡Š

Additional Terms
π“‡Š Imperatricis Artem will not make commissions based on another artist's style. π“‡Šπ“‡Š NO NFT or AI NONSENSE. Commissions completed by Imperatricis Artem cannot be utilized for NFTs or AI projects. π“‡Š

Agreement by both parties in writing, by email, Google form, or otherwise, is a binding contract. By entering into a commission with the artist, the commissioner agrees that they have read Imperatricis Artem Terms of Service and agrees to abide by the Terms of Service.
